The best part about using GRIN is the ease of use! It can be relatively tricky to find things, but is easy to find after digging around and getting comfortable with the program. I also really enjoy that it has so many capabilities for growth. While we may not utilize all of them as we only have a handful of ambassadors in each campaign. Ive noticed throughout our time using GRIN the creator list we recieve the information does not show up for each creator. Where GRIN really hits the mark is the fact that I can handle negotiations, contract management, and content all in one place. It is really nice to be able to do all of this in one place. Setting up the different activations is super easy and very customizable, which is very helpful in organization of influencers. Where GRIN struggles is in its creator recruitement and the overall cost of the software. Curated lists and creator search are costly and haven't yielded any results for us as a brand. I am still spending a lot of time sourcing creators outside of the platform. Additionally, the cost for a platform that markets itself as an all-in-one creator platform is a bit tough when the recruitment functions don't really work. Also, if you're a brand that works with a large amount of creators, it's a lot of work to activate/deactivate creators to stay within your limit, which also can affect reporting (a warning that pops up when you go to deactivate a creator). GRIN is so user friendly and the ease of having someone available to talk to at all times is so helpful. Often times I have quick questions on behalf of my creators and I always get a response so fast. I love how organized I can stay with GRIN. Being someone who runs multiple campaigns at a time, I know everything for each specific campaign will be held in its specific activation. I use GRIN daily and would genuinely be lost without it. I wish GRIN had better inventory options. Being someone who utilizes this feature for all of our product, I wish there were more ways to sort through product other than by name. The biggest issue we have run into is that content isn't always published on the platform. This has made reporting results from content somewhat difficult, and we have had to do this manually for various creators. We have especially seen this with our TikTok creators! I think the ease of use for both the influencer and company side needs some work. There are some aspects and tools that would make it better like being able move the parts in a live url around or being able to add specific things for one specific creator to accept. As a long-time GRIN customer, there have been a lot of changes -- especially on the reporting side. But, to be fair, it is generally due to changes on the social networking side that are out of GRIN's control.
