The easy negotiation process for RFQ(request for quote) process. This allows me to see all the information on a single platform, evaluate quotes and choose the best one with minimum effort and full automation. Along with this, creating shipments is easy and tracking dashboard is pretty simple and advanced at the same time. The software is easy to implement and customer support has been active from the onboarding to activation. My experience has been great with GoComet. I use the platform daily to track shipments. This has been a great addition to our systems as the platform makes the workflows better and the TMS handles a lot of workflows which were earlier spread across. This makes the effort we used to put much less and the productivity increases significantly with GoComet. The features like RFQ automation, ETA and Geofence work really well as compared to other trials I have taken. The software simplifies some of the key processes in procurement and logisitics for us. The software was easy to implement and one can start using it instantly because of how simple it is.
