I read the other reviews for inspiration, and there is a theme. GX puts right the mistakes of other Employer of Record providers. We had a nightmare experience with our previous EOR. We needed to get a French national into Brazil and required a visa. Our previous EOR lied and strung us along for months. We eventually lost the candidate.
We were recommended Global Expansion. To be honest, I had never heard of them. But I was pleasantly surprised by their efficiency. We had a new hire in Brazil, and everything went smoothly. Their local representative met our candidate, which was a nice touch. Global Expansion's local team communicated in Portuguese, which helped during the employment contract stages.
