After an initial slow period, we've managed to make a real difference to our grid positions. The interfaces for managing everything and the whole voucher setup is pretty slick. My Account Manager is very helpful and has been genuinely happy to help in any way he can even when I've not been in a position for him to be able to upsell me for additional services. Quite a high review rejection rate, which may be correct, but the frustration is that you can't see the actual review content to make your own judgement about whether they have come to the right decision or whether it's something you should be able to dispute. I understand why they run it that way but as someone trying to generate reviews its means there's this black hole of information you can't see. When I've previously explored some of the additional services we don't currently pay for, it's been hard to see enough value compared to the cost. Pricing may be too high. Managing our listing and reviews is so much easier with G2 than other sites we use. One thing I have to brag on is the customer service. Anytime I need something or have a quick question my reps get back to me almost immediately. They are also always flexible with our meetings and hopping on calls to answer quick questions. The AI response tool is a great new feature, but it can be very wonky and frustrating to use when responding to hundreds of reviews. I also wish you could filter by reviews with no responses from the main review activity dashboard. Another ask - being able to search reviews by keyword (this might already exist, not entirely sure).
