We need to automatically send appointment reminders and payment reminders. wondering if there is a way to pull the data from Square appointments and shootout personalized texts to customers

We don't have a lot of subscribers to our texting number right now, so we send out far less than the monthly allotted 1,000 texts. Am I billed by the number of texts I send (1 vs. 3 a month) or am I billed by the amount of people received the texts?

My groups of contacts are split by various categories, one list may have 20 names on it while another may have hundreds. There has to be an easier way of adding groups on the EZ texting site.
