Pros y Contras de ExpensePoint

La migración de ExpensePoint a Quickbooks 98 no es tan fluida como esperaba. Tuvimos que descargar y suscribirnos a un software de terceros que convierte el informe de ExpensePoint de .csv a una versión que funciona con QB. Además, en lugar de migrar un lote de gastos al final de la semana, tenemos que ejecutar un lote para cargos de Visa, uno para cargos de MasterCard, uno para créditos de Visa y uno para créditos de MC. It's very easy to build reports and build out your company processes. There is a good level of customization available so you can tailor the platform to your needs and create tailored experiences for your users. The mobile app makes reporting so simple. I love the ability to take a photo of my receipt as soon as I get it in hand, and upload to view or modify later. This helps eliminate the risk of losing or misplacing receipts and missing expenses. The actual app is so easy to use and navigate; It's pretty self-explanatory but the ExpensePoint team was great at onboarding us to knowing the ins and outs. The app even saves your expense so that if you have recurring expesnes each month, it's easy to submit them quickly. When we decided to implement the software, the support team was very helpful in setting up and customize the software to our needs. They also provide excellent ongoing support as needed.
