The product is easy to learn and use even for beginners. There are wide variety of tools to address many different problems. It is the most widely used Geographic Information System software, hence there are several tutorials and help available online. Cost - not practical from a developing countries' perspective and the high cost nullifies the benefits it provide, when compared to many open source GIS software available today.
