The auto-CAD import does not always come over from EHR without validation issues. I like that the user can be an administrator and create their own reports without technical assistance. They have annual conferences that cater to the user and the administrator. They teach you how to be self sufficient with your software. Some modules are limited as to what you can add or delete to customize them. For example, when creating the 'truck check' section, I could only add so many items that needed to be checked.
