The biggest downside is simply the links that are generated. Most people are taught to avoid these links as they would be a phishing attempt, because of this, Enablix is not a great first means of out reach. One of the things I like most about Enablix is the ability to search for the collateral you need quickly, couldn't be easier! I love having the ability to create microsites, which gives your prospects a sense of importance to your organization ("created just for them"). I've been using Enablix through Outlook, but hope to start using it within Salesforce to get more comfortable using a second platform. I appreciate Enablix reaching out to us with the initial learning sessions.
