I don't like that employees who do not complete enrollment stay "red". It would be nice if they would be able editable so I could bypass enrollment and push out the required documents to them (as separate tasks) so that things could stay green. It's frustrating that I cannot still get them to complete the documents even after the enrollment period is closed.
