The map it is not always accurate. When submitting a report for approval, it would be nice to have the ability to pull it back, even after a week of it sitting in the queue. Support is non existent. They clearly stopped investing in any features. I cant do something as simple as a period cutoff. I have to go in unlock a closed period then sync, then go change dates. The compliance notice for the list of attendees seems to imply that documentation is not provided. Is it possible to update the system to indicate that attendee lists are approved or that no further action is required if the list is attached to the TDX ticket request? Currently, when opening the report, a warning sign appears that could be interpreted as non-compliance.
