Similarly to most programs for business process modeling, ELMA365 might seem challenging to understand. However, when you understand what and why you wish to model, ELMA and its user-friendly tools won’t seem so scary. It’s interesting that the main advantage of the system causes some drawbacks. ELMA365 provides users with rich digitalization and integration opportunities, but once you start working in the system you can notice the lack of functionality that might cause confusion.
