I think label printing setup could be easier. We had to write our own custom template using ZPL language which I didn't know before. It's not a complicated thing for a software developer, but WYSIWYG editor is nice to have, especially if you need to have multiple templates. Also it would be nice to have a self-hosted system. Configurar proyectos/experimentos es una tarea tediosa si deseas ser minucioso en la información que proporcionas. También es un dolor editar secciones porque necesitas guardar y salir de cada sección antes de pasar a la siguiente. Nuestro laboratorio actualmente solo tiene un uso básico de ELab Journal ya que estamos en el proceso de digitalizar muestras que ya tenemos. eLabNext allows me to ensure a useful inventory, every member is able to find all chemicals. I can additionally use barcodes that can be scanned with the phone app. My group members are now more efficient and spend less time searching for inventory and can use templates for their lab notes - which makes it very efficient and reproducible Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

The ability to create templates for experiment entries and protocols is a big benefit of eLabNext that greatly simplifies record keeping and saves us time. I didn't like that you can't collaborate on a single note at the same time as another group member. Made it difficult to record findings as a group because only one member had editing access at a time.
