It doesn't work with Sales Navigator. You essentially can't send InMails, you're capped to the near 0 amount basic LinkedIn lets you send monthly, again because they don't sync up with Sales Navigator. Their feedback "community" is essentially non-existant and feels like an excuse for their customer service to ignore you and say to post your feedback there. You cannot add steps to a sequence once its finalized and you cannot duplicate/recreate a sequence. This is so absolutely insane I'm going to repeat it. You cannot add steps to a sequence once its finalized and you cannot duplicate/recreate a sequence. That means if you spend 20+ minutes crafting a great sequence that checks all your boxes and you finalize it but then realize you wanted to add another step - you have to create an entirely new sequence. On that note, if you want to duplicate the one you just made to just add the last step or do A/B testing with another one thats very similar, you can't use the one you created as a template. You have to start over from scratch. Such an easy simple fix that they refuse to do and keep telling me to post it to their non-existant "community". There are a lot of little annoyances that aren't worth mentioning, its those two MAJOR things that again are very easy to fix that make it unusable. I will not be renewing my subscription.
TL/DR; I went with them since they were the cheap option but its not worth it, once my subscription is up I'm switching to one of their competitors. May be 2x the price but no Sales Navigator connection and lack of simple features makes them unusable. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

This product is great for creating personalized messages to reach out to people on LinkedIn. Its low cost so even an individual can afford to purchase, some competitors are charging 3x for a similar tool. The support I've gotten was great so far, they're quick to respond in chat and they have videos to walk you through everything the tool offers, though its quite intuative. You have the ability to create multiple campaigns and I especially like the ability to engage with likes, profile views, in addition to messages. It was easy to implement as its ready out of the box and they offer a free trial. They have the ability to send emails but only with GMail. It would be nice to have the option to use Outlook as that's more of the standard. The sequences are easy to create, but it would be nice to not have to delete and entire string if you want to make a change in the middle for some more complex sequences (not a huge deal, but could be enhanced). The unassuming UI, and limited functionality, makes you think that this tool doesn't do much. The reality is contrary - this is generating several meetings a week for us. Very happy with it.
