What our department really loves about desk.ly is the simplicity of the tool and in particular the visual presentation, which really supports our intention of an agile office. So far, we haven´t had any major issues with the usage of desk.ly. As an Administrator the best thing to happen is when the employees have no struggle using it and don´t contact you at all.
