Nothing. We had a one year contract with DH, we did not find the service valuable to our company. As a smaller company we have a limited budget for expenses like this but it was worth a year contract for us. We did not find the service to help us at all, when we wanted to cancel our contract after the year they told us we missed the window to canel and the contract auto-renewed with an 8% increase.We were not aware of the canecellation date, but we were just a few days late nontheless. Pretty much everything. We were leary of signing a 3 year contract (required) with a service we'd never used before. When we mentioned this the sales rep said "we'll work something out if it's not what you need. We're not in the business of forcing our contracts on companies if the service isn't what they need." And yet....you guessed it...this is exactly what they've done. And I'm sure this is why they insist on 3 year contracts - no one would renew.
