The only downside we've encountered relates to the treatment of the type of fraud we see at the University. Our fraud isn't transactional, it's more entity-based, so use of the platform requires some accommodation from the user side. Datavisor's linkage analysis visualized as an n-ary tree is great in helping identify fraud ring accounts. Their API responses have been used to help in cybersecurity efforts with the ms response times. Their BI tool has been very helpful in exploring our data and building reports and dashboards to help monitor health as well as coaching opportunities for our analysts.
