The refresh time on the Dashboards when you import from Excel takes a longer time to load than the web dashboards. The web dashboards load almost instantly, but the dashboards that you import from Excel takes longer to refresh, which can be an issue when you are presenting and want to quickly go through different filters. The report builder formats and layouts are a bit basic, as well as customised formulas. If you have grouped up a few of the dimensions, the customised formulas require that you calculate pulling each dimension rather than just the parent. You can't calculate at different levels that roll up into each other, which means you have to adjust the formula each time another account code gets added.

One area of improvement specially for us would be the drill down capabilites when dealing with a large and granular dataset and having the ability to pre select drill down parameters or fields would be a great option if it could be added. The good news is Conor Barnett was able to put us in touch with the development team and they were willing to hear our pain points and are currently looking into development solutoins to help us with our drill down capabilties.
