It's easy to use and straightforward for the most part. DATABASICS has the ability to set up different codes needed (Sick time, on call). DATABASICS doesn't recognize overnight shifts (when applicable). My employees have a hard time entering their time when they have an overnight shift. Uploading new hires is tedious, and kind of a pain. There isn't an easy way to add a new employee without having to upload all the data necessary through an FTP. It totals hours each day; there should be a functionality where you can toggle back and forth to enter into a calendar view (ie: from 8-9am i did this, 9-9:30 did that, etc.). I like, best, the ability to save my timesheet tasks from one week and transfer over to the next week. I find that they also do a good job breaking the jobs and tasks down in an easy to understand manner. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

I like least, the constant warnings that it gives when I try to submit my timesheet. I find this cubersome and not worthwhile as, often times, I will have a template saved with certain jobs that I may not have done any work in the current timesheet period.
