El producto no es fácil de usar. Demasiados pasos para una cita. ¡Consume mucho tiempo! Ingresar vacunas es lento, largo y un inconveniente. El programa perdió todas nuestras vacunas ingresadas de un sitio. Los entrenadores intentaron decir que no pusiste la información en el programa. Las sesiones de entrenamiento son rápidas, con capturas de pantalla tan pequeñas que apenas se pueden ver en una pantalla de computadora. Se suponía que el programa se construiría según nuestras necesidades de LPHA, pero sigue siendo inutilizable. Los entrenadores piden al personal que realice registros de enfermería poco éticos, es decir, les dicen que cuando ingresen vacunas, documenten el sitio de inmediato. CureMD tiene una excelente interfaz de usuario personalizable y, como persona que desea visualizar información y datos de una manera específica, Cure me lo permite. Coming from paper-only, we wanted to match that workflow with CureMD. However, with their implementation team, we were able to learn to do things the "right" way. Their patient portal isn't setup like most I've used as a patient. There are many edge cases where the patient portal just won't work for a patient because of how the patient was created in CureMD. There also isn't a support line (yet) for patients to call and unfortunately we do not have the resources to provide technical support. The text message alerts do not provide a two-way confirmation, instead it's just a reminder and we still have to make confirmation calls. Lastly, they're working on getting their platform to work in Google Chrome, but right now only Internet Explorer is 100& compatible. I do not need a server room any longer. Neither do I need all that extra computer equipment and their never-ending maintenance costs. This is because their cloud system helps store all my data online. During the evenings, I spend some time on the Patient Portal, and my patient-based telephone traffic has drastically reduced. I am also using the billing service, and although I do not need a dedicated billing staff at my practice any longer, I feel less 'in control'. With my billing staff, I could stop them at any time of the day to check what they were doing. It's not that CureMD has made any errors there, just that I feel less in touch with the process. And those templates. The EHR templates that were provided with the softwarewas terrible. Lucky for me, I called their team up right away. Dan, I think was his name, was very kind and cooperative and managed to provide me with customized templates according to my specific needs. As much as the market has changed over the past 5 years or so, CureMD certainly hasn't kept up. The interface is not user friendly, their customer service is subpar at best, there is no split screen capabilities. This certainly couldn't keep up with a busy, multi-provider practice. I have absolutely nothing good to say. I am still in litigation with them, as they are refusing to refund my month-in-advance deposit that should have been a credit to my account (I cancelled during implementation & never went live with them, secondary to the disorganized chaos that they created in trying to implement their system).
