The analytics you can get on when you have sent a newsletter is fantastic - especially the real-time map that shows approximate locations of recipients based on IP address. It helps us understand which customers, and where, are reading the content we send and allows us to tailor future messages as a result. The editor is also pretty intuitive and makes building emails simple with the drag-and-drop style interface. Whilst the editor is easy to use, it can be somewhat limited in terms of the customisation possible. Each block is editable, but in limited ways - what would be awesome is if you could delve into the styling directly so that you can upload your own styles - it may well be possible to do this, but I couldn't figure out how.
