I like the fact I can use a web version instead of the App, because it integrates better with the way I work. I get an email saying I have been assigned to a ticket, so I can then click the "View Ticket" button at the bottom of the email and it then opens that ticket in a new tab in my browser. I dislike a lot of things about ConnectWise : the windows desktop App's lack of proper window management, lack of "open in new tab" when using middle mouse button click, the fact it opens another window to edit text when I try to copy text from an older entry in a ticket.
I also dislike the ios mobile App a lot, it doesn't even feature a timer for punching IN/OUT times at customer's. I also don't like the fact I can't access config screens if they havn't been attached to the service ticket. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
