I love that the tool is easy to use. The UI is intuitive, and the setup is simple. I do not have to hire another full-time employee to manage the software, we are able to do it ourselves with no problems. Additionally, our CSM (KGP) is a wonderful business partner. She ensures that we are up to date on any new feature releases, helps us progress towards our CS goals as a business, and teaches us how to use the software in a way that meets our needs. Lastly, ClientSuccess is committed to improving the product based on user feedback. This is a difficult question to answer because there is so much that I love about the platform. Additional reporting to help paint a picture of the customer experience, more customized automation capabilities (which continue to roll out quickly), and more integrations would be excellent. However, the product continues to evolve, and JD is listening to customer feedback while prioritizing product rollouts, so we appreciate that our voice is heard and acted on!
