Where you don't require SMTP to use follow up funnels. It has been the most frustrating component of my experience.

Is billing with the 30 day extension automatically implemented after signing up with the OFA Challenge? Because upon logging in inside my notifications window it says funds not available upon billing implementation and it seems to me the billing procedure wouldn't take place until my 30 days...
