Our organization was just starting our strategic planning and development, knew we needed a tool to help us manage our strategic plan and associated metrics - but didn't know to what level/extent software we needed or wanted! Finding ClearPoint was kismet. It's not a "one size/only size" type of program- ClearPoint Strategy is a "your size" program, providing solutions and tools that fit your immediate needs, but can grow with you as you continue to grow your plan and metrics, with a pricepoint that can fit practically any budget. Most awesome - the team. Specifically, the ClearPoint experience has been consistently positive and helpful, and every interaction continues to show that the core values on their website are not just words. Our consultants not only answer all my questions in simple language that this techno-challenged leader can understand, but they make suggestions on solutions to things I didn’t even know I wanted or needed yet. The system has a short learning curve, and administrators are able to quickly build plans that fit your organization. ClearPoint is versatile and customizable--from layouts to tables to branded reports. My favorite feature is the update request automation capabilities. This includes scheduling email requests to updaters, reminder emails, and (if absolutely necessary) past due reminders.

ClearPoint Strategy is a great cloud solution for municipalities looking to manage their strategic alignment and reporting processes. It allows you to enter static information and track updates through time, for both initiatives and performance measures. It is very customizable and easily adapts to different uses and purposes. The Team at ClearPoint has been great to work with, beginning with the sales process thru post-implementation support. They have always been very responsive and have been great partners - much more than just a client-vendor relationship.
