Circula ha hecho que la gestión de gastos sea increíblemente fluida y sin complicaciones. Su interfaz intuitiva, las funciones de automatización y la integración perfecta en nuestro flujo de trabajo ahorran un tiempo significativo. Aprecio especialmente lo organizado que está todo, desde la presentación de recibos hasta el seguimiento de aprobaciones. La única mejora que sugeriría es tener una herramienta de recorte más fácil para los recibos. Sería genial tener una alternativa que simplifique el recorte de imágenes directamente dentro de la aplicación para hacer las presentaciones aún más rápidas. Como empleado, uso Circular regularmente para enviar recibos de gastos relacionados con el negocio, como viajes o compras de equipos. La plataforma es muy fácil de usar, lo que facilita la carga y el seguimiento de todo. Una de las mejores características es que cuando subo un recibo, Circular extrae automáticamente todos los detalles clave como el precio, el proveedor y la fecha del documento, ¡esto ahorra mucho tiempo y molestias! También aprecio lo bien que se integra con nuestros sistemas internos, asegurando un procesamiento fluido por parte del equipo de contabilidad. Currently it is not able to have a "release" workflow for travels.

Circula has honestly made dealing with travel expenses so much less stressful. The process is super smooth and easy. I just upload receipts etc., and they takes care of the rest. It’s also really well-connected with our company systems, so I don’t have to worry about anything getting lost or delayed due to missing permissions. Plus, I've had expenses settled in just a few days, which is way faster than anything I’ve used before. Circula falls short of what I expected beyond the basics of uploading receipts and submitting reports. Here’s what I ran into:
1. There’s no obvious way to create a report — it took me a while to realize the “+” button in the bottom-right corner was what I needed.
2. If an expense gets rejected, I can’t just edit it. I have to start from scratch, reupload all the receipts, and re-enter all the details.
a) There’s no option to add or remove receipts from a report once it’s created.
b) Worse, once you create a report, the receipt storage clears out, so if you need to resubmit, you have to upload everything again.

it's very userfriendly, easy to handle, fast, gives you a perfect overview of your travels or purchases, I like the fact that you can put all the costs of one trip or timeframe in one folder, i like the function of the filing so that you can upload invoices but you don't have to turn them in straight away, it gives you a very good overview Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
i think the themes could be a bit more logical, for example there is one application thats called "drive costs 7 Fahrtkosten" but you can't chose "train" or "bus" which i think should be in there too, also i think in the food section for the nights you are away should become a new, shorter and more clear writing, it's still not clear when that i should only choose the meals that i don't need the money back for ( I mean it's clear but it is not intuitiv and since I don't use the system everyday it's a question everytime) I would probably turn the process arround so that choose the meals you need money back for only, maybe the question of "is there a 3 months rule" should be explained right beneath it because its not clear whats meant with that, Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
