Can templates be installed by our administrators directly? Or does Pica9 have to install the templates? What file formats can templates be provided in for installation on the system?

Is support for other languages included? Are non-Western languages and characters also supported?

Can users upload their own content and use it on pre-approved, branded materials? Are there ways to enable and/or limit the ability of users to provide their own content?

Can the system support email sending? Is there a place within CampaignDrive to monitor activity on emails once they are sent? Can the system be connected to a third-party Email Service Provider (ESP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool?

Does Pica9 fulfill print orders made on the system? Or does CampaignDrive come with preferred print vendors that must be used to place orders?

Very often users will need to take files created on the system and use them offline. What file formats does the system produce for print templates? Will they be usable for local marketers? Are there ways that users can use the templates themselves, or do they have to be ordered through the system?
