The support during implementation and post implementation has been amazing. Even when we were having challenges Bright pattern has been open about making changes in the future to meet our needs. Being a smaller and newer company they lack some functionality that we took for granted on our previous system. The reporting has been a challnge since we have to take the raw data and make our own reporting. This adds another level of complexity when trying to launcha new system and then understand the best way to optimize performance with the system and with our agents.
