Having spent over 20 years in case management, I can confidently say that Apricot (Bonterra) is one of the best software options I've encountered. It's incredibly user-friendly; I was able to navigate it easily right after my first training session. I use it daily to update caseloads, and it helps me organize and access all my resources in one central location. Highly recommended for anyone in the field! I have issues with how much work you must put into getting the program to run reports tracking multiple data points simultaneously. As a transtional housing nonprofit, and in the evolving world of medicaid expansion, Apricot allows me to acces information for funding and advise decisions. Creating reports as a user, not administrator, is not allowed (in our organization.) It would be helpful to be able to easily create reports as needed pulling only the information needed at a moment's notice.
