Intuitive to use and everything that makes a CoSec life more productive. BoardPro gets the basics done efficient and accurately such as agenda, board pack and minutes.

It also does away with manually updatig registers outside of the portal such as action lists, decisions, register of interests etc.

Customer support is quick and etailed with link and resources suggested. Empathetic staff that are professional and do their best to assist.

It is easy to use for the Directors prior to the meeting and using the pack on screen or offline using the PDF Board Pack.

The automationon key aspects is appreciated such as putting Minutes in the next Meeting agends, confirning Minutes at that meeting and sending for signature. is very simple.

It also charges per Board and not on the number of individuals.

Lack of back up system to client's system.

Actions not numbered - we went over from a different portal and needed to continue the same numbering system. It would have been great to have autonumbering with the user defining the first number to be in sequence with current actions list.

BoardPro is so easy and intuitive. It saves time with templated agendas that are simple to fill in with handy prompts. Board packs are professionally presented, and again so easy to upload documents.

If documents are uploaded that are not in BoardPro there does not seem to be an option to make notations.

I like the page view layout, and the ability to move through the pack with ease using the navigation view. i like the notification where i have marked up a paper. i like that supplementary papers can be linked in the board pack so we can find them easily. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

I would like to be able to skip to the next comment/note in the pack, rather than having to scroll down every page to try to find my next note.. La plataforma Board Pro hace la vida mucho más fácil como Gerente de Gobernanza. Puedo redactar y manipular la agenda y los documentos con facilidad. La plataforma es muy sencilla de usar y Raj y el equipo han sido increíbles con el apoyo y las preguntas cada vez que lo necesito.

La biblioteca de documentos proporciona un punto único para todo lo que los Directores necesitan saber. Es muy simple subir documentos.

Los Directores necesitaron muy poca capacitación para ingresar al sistema y sus comentarios han sido muy positivos.

Sería genial ver a Board Pro mejorar aún más la plataforma para permitir que todas las acciones de los comités sean vistas por todos los Directores.
