I can easily replicate an Agenda for regular monthly Committee meetings, and the ability to move items up and down is very useful. I like that you can ediafter publication without having to alert recipients. Replacing attachments is very easy too, as is the tab section which takes you directly to a prticular item rather than scrolling.

The ease in which you are able to create complex board reports for high level meetings. It is really helpful that the system numbers agenda items easily and enables you to preview publications and add your own comments as and when needed. customer support is excellent and always timely and professional. Board Intelligence has made the way we prepare and share board packscompletely streamlined and taken a huge amount stress off our admin team's shoulders. We were also able to extend our deadlines to give more time for different execs and teams to prepare their papers which has been a welcome change.
It has made everything so much easier and straightforward that I don't know how we used to be able to cope without.

The only negative feedback we have are more 'nice to have's rather than criticisms as we love the platform...
It would be nice to be able to format the agendas more with indents and Bold/Italics and to be able to approve new devices on the go from the mobile app.
