It is not quite as customizable as I wish it were and it can be a little confusing to navigate. Also, more of a concern with the EOS methodology that we feel with this software is that sometimes it rewards solving issues with false urgency, and can make it difficult to focus on the overall strategy as we investigate issues. When using the Traction Tools website for Traction Meetings, it's VERY user-friendly. When you start a meeting, it keeps everyone in the meeting on track with what there is to discuss. If you haven't read the EOS books, then you won't understand how it keeps us on "track" and keep us moving through the meeting. Everyone now knows how to use and keep the meeting productive. Even if you have someone who doesn't use technology regularly, they will be able to pick up on this system quickly. There are times when I'm adding To-Dos, Rocks, etc., and there are times when the system is fidgety. It can also run slow at times which can cause delays in the meeting. I can get annoying at times, but still provides a productive meeting. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
