When using the Traction Tools website for Traction Meetings, it's VERY user-friendly. When you start a meeting, it keeps everyone in the meeting on track with what there is to discuss. If you haven't read the EOS books, then you won't understand how it keeps us on "track" and keep us moving through the meeting. Everyone now knows how to use and keep the meeting productive. Even if you have someone who doesn't use technology regularly, they will be able to pick up on this system quickly. There are times when I'm adding To-Dos, Rocks, etc., and there are times when the system is fidgety. It can also run slow at times which can cause delays in the meeting. I can get annoying at times, but still provides a productive meeting. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

*Some of the items aren't super user-friendly. For example, we've been using it for years and still struggle to add/edit/update Rocks while in a meeting, or often move issues to the wrong meetings.
*Very simplistic. All the modules--Rocks, Issues, To-Dos-- look the same.
*Not customizeable.
*It's a place to drop information, but that information doesn't interact with you in any other way. There are no automated reminders about rocks or to-dos that are coming due, etc. Unless you actively remember to go in and check the software between meetings, it's very easy to forget what you're responsible for.
