The application overall is great, intuitive and easy to learn. As I was using the application there were a couple of areas where I felt that a slight improvement of user experience and navigation would be nice. The best part was that not only is there an easy process for providing feedback, the suggestions were acknowledged and responded to. Also, it was great to see that the suggestions were actually made to the BAM! platform within just a few weeks. It has been refreshing to work with a team that is responsive and receptive. The ability to save files to be viewed offline is great for our mechanical technician team. They often work in remote locations, and using an iPad with BAM! feature is much more efficient than any other options we have explored. It allows us to support our customers much more effeciently. It would be nice if the Mobile Sales Tool was able to automatically duplicate what is in the Library. Having to save things in two places is less than ideal.
