¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de AutoRFP.ai?

AutoRFP solves the "blank page" problem. It's much easier to edit an existing answer than write it from scratch, especially when I SWEAR I answered the same question two weeks ago in the last RFP but can't quite remember what I said or where to find it. The auto-generated answers are as good as I could expect from AI trained on our previous RFPs.

AutoRFP is distinguished from legacy solutions that make you managed the Q&A pairs directly. Instead, AutoRFP uses context clues like recency to understand how well a previous answer applies to a new question, removing the overhead of intensive library management. For a small company such as ourselves, AutoRFP only takes work off our plates, doesn't add any.

We were also excited to realize that the same Q&A pairs driving RFPs can also support other less formal channels like customer support and partnerships. Instead of answering each incoming question from scratch, our internal teams can forward those questions to AutoRFP, tweak the result, and be out the door in record time.

For a large RFP it's also very helpful to have a two-step submit/approve process and be able to see which questions still need review. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

Some of the UI is a little janky, and the import process can be slightly confusing for the most complex RFPs. But the UI issues have never blocked us, and any import challenges are at worst a small one-time tax that quickly falls to the wayside once the project is ready and we're working in it. AutoRFP has assisted our commercial operations in many ways:

- Team members are able to complete complex security questionnaires much faster (between 5x and 10x faster depending on the person's existing knowledge and experience)

- The overall quality of questionnaire responses has improved as everyone has access to the same AI Model which has been custom-trained on our specific business documentation

- Admins can update the business documentation/content in the AI Model when needed, e.g. as certification dates change

AutoRFP.ai makes responding to RFPs much faster and easier. It reduces the time spent on manual work by pulling in relevant past responses and structuring them in a clear format. The setup and integration process requires significantly less effort compared to competitors, and once it's configured with past RFPs and the right company and product content, it streamlines the response workflow significantly. It's extremely useful for empowering the sales team to generate initial answers to RFPs or security questionnaires themselves, while the presales team can then focus on reviewing and ensuring the AI-generated responses are accurate. ¿Qué es lo que no te gusta de AutoRFP.ai?

This software is well thought out and is intuitive for the user to navigate. It's close to a miracle when you process your document and the fields get populated so quickly. The only thing that slightly bothers me is that it gives repetitive answers to different questions. We are only a couple of months/projects in and we have been assured that as we input more answers and AI learns our needs, the answers will become more nuanced. Cooperation between different geos is much easier than with the previous tool, where each geo would've needed own content manager and own Questions and answer pairs. Stakeholders can jump in and help more easily.

Ease of use also with other than english language projects overall means that more of colleagues from different countries can use tool more easily.

All services are alredy included and not behind yet another addon to be paid.

Team is really easy to work with and available to support.

AutoRFP is extremely flexible and easy to use. Literally within 30 minutes of being in the tool, I was able to navigate effectively, generate and submit answers, and use the AI functionality to improve answers. Implementation was seamless and the customer support from our team at AutoRFP has been great! The time savings and ROI on the solution truly is unmatched and as a frequent user (10+ RFPs in the past year), I have saved literally hundreds of hours using the solution. We were able to load previous RFPs to integrate into our existing workflow and the end result of the solutions' AI capabilities have been truly amazing. There are few opportunities for future enhancements to the product: such as a repository for attachments and auto-assigning to individuals based on previous assignments, but overall - the tool has a great deal of flexibility and features that make RFP submissions easier and improves the quality of answers as well. AutoRFP is easy to use, sleek in design, and very effective. In only one short month, we've used it to answer 4 extremely disparate questionnaires, and it has performed very admirably each time. What we love most about AutoRFP is its ability to drastically reduce our time to draft for each questionnaire and RFP response - no more endless CTRL+F, CTRL+C, CTRL+V only to wind up with an answer that doesn't seem quite right. Now, we get tailored responses in a fraction of the time it used to take, and even better, we can easily tweak those answers with AutoRFP's powerful editing tools. We also love that it seamlessly centralizes all review and approvals, meaning we don't have to chase folks across messy spreadsheets to understand our progress toward completion. I think AutoRFP is the perfect example of how to use AI in a tool that actually creates value. It literally saves us hours for every single RFP process and increases the quality of what we submit.

We also use it as an internal knowledge hub which eliminates a lot of unnecessary internal questions.

Like I'm sure many people do, I found myself answering repeated questions from different prospective customers over and over again. Questions about our SDLC, our security posture, data recovery etc.
