A big positive with ASMBL is that it’s constantly being improved, with new features and enhancements that make the platform even more powerful. The downside, though, is that each new feature requires a bit of learning to incorporate into our workflows. It was super easy for us to get started/implement it quickly. Use it pretty much everyday within our small company where we are creating a ton of new content to try and standout. We are an AI company so it is really cool to see how they are using AI here to make managing files easy.... Really cool ability for us to search and find our assets without having to worry about dialed in titles or anything we added manually. Also helps us get our larger files out to our external partners without having to relly on other tool. Haven't need much support, but our customer success rep regularilly checks in.
