I am new to Apparity. As a business user I am pleasantly surprised that this tool exists to fill a critical gap in control functionality when in comes to EUCs and EUC management. My experience with Apparity support -- be it regular monthly calls or ad-hoc support -- has been outstanding as well. The in-website analytics are not extremely useful and can be clunky or difficult to navigate. It would be more useful if there were abilities to start from scratch and create your own analytics there instead of having to manipulate the pre made data reports. The support team at Appartity was incrediably easy to work with and the tool interface was very intuitive and easy to train stakeholders on. We found that compared to their competitors (some of which we had worked with in the past) we developed much better relationships and could easily connect with folks to troubleshoot or just talk through how to enhance a particular process on an EUC that had a lot of manual intervention baked into it together with the business line owners.
