Agorapulse introduced the Power Reports add-on sometime back, I used the trial version at the time for a while but would love to know if some of the users use it and how useful it is, or if it's any different from the normal reports.

Your last two major releases have constituted an additional fee - it's frustrating when other platforms offer the same, industry-standard features as part of the package - I would prefer to pay slightly more for guaranteed features.

I know that we can respond to inbox messages on Facebook and Instagram, but it doesn't seem like we are able to respond to any comments within the platform, which would be very helpful.

i've submitted questios, and have been added to the list, some queries have been given consideration, however none have been added as of yet.

When downloading CSVs in reporting, all my labels are housed in one column. This does not help when trying to breakout different campaigns. I think it would benefit every single Agorapulse user to have this functionality implemented. Especially me :)
