All of our staff love to use AgencyAnalytics collaboratively, it's so user friendly and we love the ability to personalise client reports with logos, text boxes which we use to track goals, and of course the range of colour options to tailor reports to our clients. In just one month of us AgencyAnalytics we've had lots of great feedback from our clients, saying our reports are much easier to understand than what we used to do. Another huge benefit is the support, anytime we've had a query the AgencyAnalytics team are fast to respond, super friendly and really take the time to explain, this is a deal breaker for me, I think it's so important to have great support options and AgencyAnalytics ticks all the boxes. Easy to understand. Fast to connect up with all platforms. Even special case issues, like an account with more than one GA4 account. Their integrations are seamless and easy to setup. Customer service is super fast.

Better than trying to have reports side by side, I'm sure we're all tired of looking at salesforce next to DataStudio next to Meta Business Dashboards... exhausting. Agency Analytics has saved hours of time by putting it all in one report, that is easy on the eyes and shareable with clients who don't know the details of everything. AgencyAnalytics has been the best thing that happened to our reporting process. They make it super easy to integration your channels. But what I like the most is the fact that they are constantly making updates and adding new integrations. They are also open to suggestions which is a big plus.

I submitted a suggestion myself and within weeks, they reached out to me asking for my opinion as to how this new tool/solution would help my day to day.

Customer support is also amazing. They help me find answers when I need something a bit customized within a report.

It's hard to find something that has been so good to our monthly process. If I were to point something out, would be the report look and feel customization. We have had some updates in the past which made them much better, but I feel like we need a bit more.

Now, it takes only about 30 seconds to send monthly reports to our clients. The platform is very easy to use and offers a wide range of integration options. Their customer support is also excellent.
