It requires clients to swap out their hardware, which is one strike against them. All of my clients balked at the idea because, since they are not all that tech savvy, changing out tech tends to freak them out a bit. Plus it isn't applicable outside of restaurants, bars and hotels. I work with large to small businesses in almost every arena and they each have different needs for marketing automation. ZenReach is a very easy to use and high-tech tool that makes it very easy to collect emails. There is no other source that our company has ever used that allowed us to generate at many emails from our customers. Sending emails could be improved through the ZenReach portal. We recently just left our 9 year old account with Constant Contact and began to solely use ZenReach instead as our contact database and email marketing.
