Their support team is so unhelpful. If you ever run into an issue, their first response is "there is no issue". If there is an issue that the team, acknowledges, the team will either take weeks to fix it, or will tell you that they aren't going to fix it. Actionstep is useful for so many things...keeping detailed file notes, tracking progress on a matter, keeping track of who is who in a matter, but the part I like the best is being able to add forms with merge fields to Actionstep. Actionstep allows my firm to organize and keep track of all clients. It is easy to track where we are in the legal process with each clients, and we can change the steps along the way. It is not always the most user-friendly when trying to customize the dashboard for different matter types. If I want to add a new table that would display client information on one type of matter, I find myself having to make this change via a convoluted means, or I am having to contact support. I like that Actionstep is allows me to track our database's biographical info and that it lets me track reservations to our private and public workshops, dinners and CE Classes. I dislike that none of the "tasks" seem to make sense with the timing of the events in which they are assigned. I also don't like that after I add someone to an event, if they later cancel, I can't keep them tied to that event.
