Access Newswire is a great agency PR solution that provides all of the global distribution options and technology solutions as other platforms but at a much more affordable cost. Customer Service is great and they are very attentive to our needs. We use Access Newswire for multiple clients and get great results. The platform interface is easy to use and the reporting is ideal for integration into full PR reporting. There isn't much to dislike, outside of the high cost for each release without a guarantee of media features (which isn't inherently on ACCESS Newswire). The only other downside is that much of the media outlets where your releases end up may not be relevant to your content or brand, such as local farm websites (which may be useless if you're in the finance or technology niche). Billing department needs to be more informed - CONSTANT auto emails saying overdue account, when payments have been made or invoices retracted by service team. We've had to contact Bev Santos on a number of ocassions about this the past year.
