AI and your 'pain points'

It would be nice to know what AI is doing to resolve ‘pain points’ and if any company has started to realise benefits - savings, return on investment, productivity enhancements etc.

Your reverse question is great - You should raise it as a separate question.

In answering it, I would say AI currently lacks human emotional intelligence.  AI doesn’t understand empathy, complex feelings, compassion, grief, nostalgia or sentimentality.  Perhaps it will never reach or replicate the level of true human emotions.
