I have used this tool throughout my masters thesis writing and it helped me organize and upload my reference list.
Once you have it installed, it is a fantastic aggregator of sources for any scholarly/academic project you're working on. Really cannot imagine working without this - it's amazing to be able to just click a button within the web browser (in my case Firefox)...
Inability to annotate saved PDFs (like you can in Mendeley) and very restrictive storage amount in the free version (upgraded for minimal cost but compared to Mendeley, the Zotero free version provides much less functionality). Also, the cloud sync function...
