The interface in umbraco is very easy to use, the standard components are easy to use and the integration with .net is better than most other CMS systems. The amount of separation between the code and content is nice, especially with the helper libraries.

Not nearly as easy to use as Wordpress or Craft. Updates can cause sites to go down. Not the most secure cms option available. Clients often have trouble doing their own content updates or adding new pages.
