We do like that the solution has all of the big pieces we need in one solution, essentially a one-stop shop for HR and Payroll, lot's of clarity in the data and reports as well.
They are reactive, defensive, deflective and out for themselves not their customers or people. Totally morally corrupt. Terrible technology. Not customizable. Clunky/slow/ineffective and all white labeled.
The benefits they provide in addition to health insurance, such as short-term disability insurance and the $1500 reimbursement for classes taken towards a degree.
