Small glitch with getting our latest episode loaded and Buzzsprout customer service responded, offered assistance and the issue was fixed within minutes. It had been nearing the end of the day when I was having the trouble and I did not expect such prompt...

Fácil de usar y extremadamente confiable. Nunca tuve un problema al subir o usar el sistema. Tengo un pódcast semanal, solo subo 4 episodios (30 minutos en promedio) por semana. Después de eso, los episodios pasados se archivan para siempre. Gran servicio.
It's not very nice to look at, the available tools are a little outdated (especially for the price-point), and the interactions I've had with customer support have been moderately unhelpful (and at times a little rude).
