The downtime of 6+ DAYS (!!!), the support doesn't respond and doesn't care to update the status/provide the ETA, NO backups are available. All the uptime commitments are a big lie. It's absolutely wasted money.
KnownHost's support has been very good. Their package prices are competitive. They have an excellent uptime record.
I had a MVPS-4 package with Knownhost, i had a problem with the hosting and the support would not assist me at all. He went out his way to just "fob me off" with lame excuses and no actual help to assist me. Just a complete run around and time wasting...
