There is no option of Calling however they have a regular TAT of 72 working hours to reply to your email/query. Happy does have an option of calling if you face any issue related to portal: Steps Below : Help Section > Cards > Troubleshooting > You will find the Contact details of Happay Care

Mostly its the line manager who has to approve the happay, and mostly its a automated process that flows over mails, hence its not necessary to have a call option.
