why has davinci resolve 16 got so many problems? is it in the Hope's users will upgrade?

I think it's mainly because their main product it's not video editor, but color correction and around that, they built a capable video editor that perhaps, the more features you need, the most problems you find. In my experience, looking for a capable video editor with no fancy needs, Resolve has been a good fit.
